Last weekend’s wedding was in Two Harbors Minnesota, right on the shore of Lake Superior. Talk about picturesque! The weather was perfect (my previous two weddings both featured tornadoes) and everyone had a blast.
Anyways, the bride is a featured bridal blogger over at MSP Magazine so needless to say this wedding was a big one! I will be blogging the wedding in three different posts, so bear with me. I’ll start at the reception. First and foremost, DJ Mad Mardigan (You might have seen him spinning center court during Timberwolves games ) of GenerationNOW Entertainment was providing the music and it was rockin’! He had the music video mixing up on the huge flat screen and some really, really loud speakers that had the whole room on their feet.
After the first dance the wedding party formed a “dance circle” around the bride and groom where they could show their moves off!
Bust a move!
Near the end of the night we had a limbo contest! I was told before the wedding that the bride and groom were repeat limbo-contest champions, yet I had no idea what I was in for. These guys got LOW. So low I had to pretty much lay down to shoot the final turns! Note the guy that is having the time of his life holding the limbo tie, he did great.
